We offer several different programs for personal training in Los Angeles including in-person, virtual and online training so you can fully customize a fitness plan that works for your needs. For those of you who like the idea of being able to meet in person sometimes and virtually when you’re traveling or when your schedule is too tight, we offer a hybrid model as well! With our hybrid model you can combine our in person and virtual training models in any way you’d like! In addition to training, we also offer nutritional support with our fully customized macros and meal plan service. By helping you put together a cohesive diet and exercise program we can help you not only improve how you move, but also improve your metabolism and body composition. This is all organized for you in a user-friendly app. Here we can also track your progress month to month with photos and offer features where you can rate your recipes and shop for your recipe ingredients from our shopping cart function. We also offer weekly check-ins with you to assess your appetite, digestion and energy response to your meal plan, make any changes to your recipes or macros as needed and answer any questions that come up for you! This plan is meant to be easy, informative and effective at helping you learn about mindful
eating. It’s also meant to compliment your workout program by helping you achieve better results by having a faster metabolism and healthier body composition.

Our in-person Los Angeles personal training service option will soon be made available to anyone living locally to the LA area. With this model we travel to you and train you from the comfort of your home, home gym or outside at a location convenient to you! If you are someone who prefers working out face to face with a trainer, our in-person 1-on-1 training model is perfect for you!

You get to receive personalized in person attention with one of our top certified personal trainers, a customized workout plan and the ability to track your progress week to week without having to join a gym!

HOW VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING WORKS

During your initial virtual training session with us you will receive a full fitness assessment where we evaluate your posture and form and perform a baseline test to measure your fitness in the following key areas: muscular strength, muscular endurance, mobility/flexibility, stability, agility, body composition and cardiovascular conditioning.

Following your initial session we will create a customized workout and nutrition program for you from scratch. From here your program will become your guidebook where we will be able to track your progress week to week by following a progressive overload model.

Our virtual personal training program Los Angeles model is just as effective as our in-person model because you still have the added benefit of working with a personal trainer in real time. Having an expert eye during your training sessions ensures you’re exercising with the correct form and technique and that you’re following a program that will allow you to make progress week to week. A personal trainer also helps to keep you accountable so that you can maintain consistency in your program. Our virtual personal training model is more cost effective than in person training and you can train from anywhere making it well worth the investment.

We help pair you with one of our certified personal trainers based on your availability, fitness needs and personal preferences. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your trainer you can choose to work with someone else on our team. Once you’re paired with a trainer you’re satisfied with you will continuing working with this person to maintain continuity in your program.

Each of our personal training sessions are 1 hour long. We begin with a warm-up and series of corrective exercises. Then we move through your workout program for the day and end with a full-body stretch and cool down.

Our pricing for virtual personal training sessions start at $100/session and are discounted depending on how often you train each week. We reward consistency so the more often you meet each week the greater the discount you’ll receive. All of our sessions are paid on a per session basis.

Consistency is the most important factor when it comes to seeing results. Ideally you should aim to train 2-3x per week to make the most steady improvements in your fitness. You’ll gain the most from our program if you meet consistently with your paired personal trainer each week, follow your personalized meal plan and bring your best self to each workout session with an open mind to learn and grow.

We have a 10 hour cancellation policy which is clearly outlined on our website at the bottom under Our Policies. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 10 hours notice from the time of your confirmed appointment time to avoid being charged.

Yes we do offer online nutritional support through our personalized meal plan. Diet is crucial in helping you optimize the progress you make in your exercise program. Without sufficient protein and calories in your diet your body is unable to build lean muscle mass as optimal. It also becomes more difficult to improve your body composition and metabolism. We help you achieve all of this through a personalized meal plan where you get to fully customize your recipes to fit your dietary needs and preferences. All of this is easily accessible to you anytime from our app.
