FAQ’S ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINERS IN NEW YORK CITY, NY

Our personal training sessions are an hour long and your initial session begins with an assessment of your exercise history, form and posture. We create a program around what your goals are and what your body needs. Our objective is to get you moving optimally with proper alignment so you maintain great body functioning, gain the most from your training program and stay pain-free and injury-free all while helping you achieve your goals.

Our pricing structure varies depending on how often you train per week and which program model you choose. Our in-person sessions range in cost from $130-$150/session and our virtual sessions range in cost from $80-$100/session.

Consistency and mindset are the two most important factors to gaining the most from your training sessions. You will see continuous improvements week to week in all areas of your fitness as long as you are consistent with your training week to week and you show up ready to push and elevate yourself to achieve your utmost potential.

We can accommodate your needs, but we typically don’t recommend that you train more than 4x per week in order to allow your body sufficient recovery time.

Our in-home and virtual training models are designed for you to have hands-on support and accountability with your training. With both options you get the opportunity to work with one of our highly trained and certified personal trainers in a 1-on-1 dynamic where you receive coaching and critique through demonstrations, visual cues, verbal tips and form adjustments. This helps ensure that you’re exercising safely and effectively to gain the most from your training.

Our in-person model involves having one of our personal trainers travel to you to train you from your home or home gym whereas our virtual training model involves working with one of our personal trainers 1-on-1 in real time through your device. You can use either your phone, tablet or computer for this and it allows you the flexibility to train from anywhere.

Our online customized app allows you to have a customized training program tailored to your needs and goals through video demonstrations of each of the exercises. The app allows you to track your progress week to week and it also informs you about how many reps to do for each exercise and when to rest. With the app you have the ability to communicate with your trainer if you have any questions or concerns about any of the exercises you’re performing however you’re not able to work with your trainer directly in real time. With this option you’ll watch the video demonstration to understand how to perform each exercise on your own.

Yes, with our a la carte payment structure you are able to fully customize your training program to suit your needs. We have many clients who opt to do a hybrid combination of in-person and virtual training sessions. You can also choose to do virtual training sessions when you’re traveling or start off with in-person sessions and then switch to virtual training. It’s up to you how you would like to structure your program.

Currently, our in-home personal training service is only offered in NYC, delivered by our certified personal trainers in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan, NY.

However, we hope to bring this service to the LA market soon! For now, we only offer 1-on-1 virtual personal training in Los Angeles.

No, we are a concierge service so we do not have any brick and mortar location. All of our training sessions are either conducted virtually, outdoors or at the client’s home.

We have a 10 hour cancellation policy for our personal training programs. Any cancellations outside of this window will be offered the opportunity to reschedule.

Yes, we do offer a separate service for nutritional guidance. With this service we help you address your eating habits and dietary concerns, we educate you about mindful eating and most importantly we help you optimize your metabolism to mange your weight long-term and improve your overall body composition.
