Noelle McKenzie

Noelle

Co-Founder

As a Temple University alumni, Noelle gained her admiration for personal training after competing in Division 1 collegiate track and field where she broke the record in the 1000 meters. Through this experience Noelle became enthralled at what the body can do with the proper training and mindset.

Shortly thereafter she moved to NYC and became an ACE certified personal trainer, which is when she learned she had an act for helping people achieve life-long fitness goals. She has since become an ACE certified functional training specialist and a level 1 Kettlebell Kings certified training expert.

Noelle’s training style pulls from her yoga and animal flow background as well as her love for kettlebell training. Her focus with clients is on form and function first to improve movement and quality of life.

Noelle works with clients of all types from the novice to the athlete. She specializes in pre and postnatal training, weight loss, strength training and correctional work.

Noelle believes a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. You have to first train your mind to believe that you have the power to change your body and your life and then the body is capable of just about anything with the right guidance.

Erin

Trainer

Erin started her career as a Certified Athletic Trainer serving collegiate-level athletes. Through this experience, she was able to provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques to numerous athletes ranging in athletic abilities. With the injury cases Erin participated in, she came to find that many of the injuries could’ve been prevented if patients had been educated on proper movement patterns. This lead her to gain her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential.

She believes that training requires a customized approach because every individual is built differently. She previously served as Head of Sports Science at an elite-level training facility where she used a variety of techniques to assess clients and design customized goal-specific programs.

The people Erin works with quickly learn that while she’s brimming with enthusiasm and positive energy, she brings a serious approach to her work and the importance of delivering high-quality results. She has coupled her passion for human anatomy/physiology, biomechanics, and functional training to optimize training results.

She believes there are four pillars to health and wellness, they are mindset, recovery, exercise, and nutrition. It’s difficult to master one without the other so she strives to stress the importance of each. She is committed to walking with people on their fitness journey to help identify what is possible and then create and equip her clients to convert the possibilities into reality.

marina

Marina

Trainer

Marina is a NASM certified personal trainer. She started weightlifting as a hobby at the age of 15, and at the time she happened to meet a trainer that was passionate about teaching her about form and technique. Marina developed a passion for learning more absorbing all the available literature on body building and human physiology.

She then jumped at the opportunity to apply this knowledge and spent the next several years devoting herself to classic bodybuilding. She was fascinated by how proper knowledge and consistency can change one’s body and even psychology.

Marina practiced bodybuilding for 10 years creating a strong yet feminine body that she was proud of.

Once she became a mother she began to fully appreciate the importance of having a healthy and functional spine and deep-lying muscles.

Not only did she cure herself from severe back pain associated with nursing a baby, she also greatly improved her posture. She is how she became interested in holistic integrated training.

She teaches clients that  crunches should not be the first exercise choice for a bulging stomach and that slim toned arms begin with having a  mobile thoracic spine. She helps clients understand that that under-active glutes are easier to activate through the engagement of their feet.

Marina takes the best from the worlds of bodybuilding, functional training, Pilates and pelvic floor training to help clients safely and effectively change their body compositions, improve quality of movement, obtain
healthy habits and boost their confidence.

stacey

Stacey

Trainer

Stacey is a NASM and prenatal certified personal trainer. She also carries a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science. Stacey has spent years working in conjunction with physical therapists and chiropractors to gain an understanding of the vast benefits of corrective exercise for those with postural issues and muscle imbalances.

She first took an interest in a career in the health and wellness industry when she watched her son struggle with pre-diabetes and being overweight. She helped him change his life around by adopting healthy habits of her own and influencing him to do the same. It was then that she realized obesity is a growing epidemic in this country not just for adults, but for our children as well and she wanted to do something to help change this.

Stacey is an advocate for holistic and preventative medicine. She believes in the 80/20 approach to wellness, which concludes that 80 % of the time the body can heal itself naturally through the integration of proper nutrition, exercise, lifestyle changes, and adapting a positive mindset/outlook on life. The other 20% of the time we can benefit from the use of allopathic medicine, science and our health care practitioners.

Stacey specializes in working with women throughout pregnancy, body builders, athletes, children and the elderly.  The one thing that we all have in common is -movement! Movement is medicine.

kurush

Kurush

Licensed Massage Therapist

Massage therapy helped me personally to heal my body. Growing up, I was doing a lot of sports. Because of that, I had several minor injuries in my body: shoulders, lower back and etc. Becoming a massage therapist (2015) and learning the muscles and how to treat them properly helped me to fix my injuries without getting a surgery. After I felt the positive effect of the manual therapy on myself,  I decided to do it professionally and help other people. Thankfully,  it has been a great journey for me and my clients! I also became a certified personal trainer. Because these fields are connected.

After the COVID-19 took away my father at the age of 61, I found healing in breathwork and other spiritual practices. The Universe sent me a fascinating idea to combine Breathwork and Massage therapy. I would like to end my statement with the following quote: “A Healer’s gift, comes from his own wounds…”

As an athlete and as a personal trainer I bring an extensive knowledge and passion to my craft.
Feel the infinite, loving and nurturing energy of the Universe through my hands. Massage is where art meets science.

You can always adjust the pressure. Communication is the key!
