Leading Edge initially launched their virtual training platform at the start of the pandemic as a safe and effective alternative for in-home personal training. Since then, their virtual training model has proven to be in demand due to the flexibility and cost-effectiveness it offers and the convenience of being able to train from anywhere. In fact, it has quickly outpaced the popularity of their in-home training program as many of their clients now opt to either train exclusively virtually or with a hybrid approach, which combines both the in-person and virtual training models.

Virtual Fitness Training with Certified Personal Trainers

With virtual personal training, you have the added benefit of never having to miss a workout again because you can train from wherever you are, even when you’re traveling! All you need is a device and internet connection to reach us. We recommend using either an iPad or computer for the best visual experience, but a phone can work too.

This style of training still involves working 1-1 with one of our trainers in real time so you’re interacting with us much like you would in person. We’re still able to see you, demonstrate
each exercise and give you form adjustments as needed. If you’re on a budget virtual training is more cost effective since there’s no travel time involved for us.

Just like with in-person training you will have a personalized exercise program tailored to your
specific needs and goals. We will start with an initial assessment of your posture and form to see where your body needs the most attention in improving how your body functions. From here your trainer will build out a personalized fitness program for you based around your bodies needs and your fitness goals. You can expect to see measurable improvements across all areas of your fitness including your strength, stability, mobility, endurance, and proprioception.

With a virtual fitness coach, you no longer need a gym membership. All the equipment you will ever need you can make use of right from your home. Our 1-1 virtual training program is centered around the use of bodyweight training, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, and other useful items you can find around your home.

Convenience & Flexibility

You also get to benefit from the added convenience of having a personal trainer to virtually train 1-1 with. You can train from anywhere even while you’re on vacation since all you need is a phone or a tablet and an internet connection. Virtual personal training is a cost-effective way to receive the one on one guidance of a personal trainer.
