All of our personal training programs are personalized to your specific goals and needs because no two bodies are the same so your program should be unique to you. Our 1 to 1 approach is to ensure you get the accountability and attention you deserve to help you see the best results and to make sure you’re working out safely and effectively.

We specialize in prenatal/postpartum exercise, weight loss, body building, strength training, and mobility/corrective exercise. Our emphasis is on functional training so you do not need to have access to a gym to train with us. We incorporate a variety of easy to store equipment including kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX and dumbbells. For more info click the colored modules below.

This exercise program is designed to maximize your strength gains by using a progressive overload approach to your training where we're adapting your program week to week to place a new demand on the body. Methods for doing so include increasing your rep scheme, adding more time under tension or increasing how many sets you're doing.

We understand that in order for you to stay consistent with your training it’s important to have flexibility in how you train so we offer 3 unique programming designs to suit your needs. If you prefer to have in-person training and you reside in NYC we can travel to you and train you right from the comfort of your home. If you travel a lot, have a busy schedule or are looking for a more cost effective way to train, our virtual 1-on-1 training model is a great option for you! If accountability is not an issue for you and instead you really are only seeking a personalized program design to help you continue to progress in your training we offer a personalized app for you to follow. This option offers video demonstrations for each exercise, tracks your progress week to week and even allows you to communicate with us directly within the app. Another option which has become increasingly popular is to combine both our in-person and virtual training programs in a hybrid model. We allow you to fully customize your programming week to week by offering you the ability to change how you receive your workouts as you see fit.
