Cancellation Policy

Leading Edge has a 10 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we require that you give us at least 10 hours notice to avoid being charged so that we can rebook your time slot. We know that sometimes emergencies happen and we always do our best to reschedule your appointment for another time slot the same week, but in the event we are unable to reschedule your appointment late cancellations will be charged in full. If you no-show or cancel within 2 hours of your appointment there will be no option to reschedule and you will be charged in full.

Please note arriving late to an appointment may result in a shorter session so that we can be on time for our client booking after you.

Payment and Prices

All training sessions are to be paid in full at the time of your scheduled appointment using either a debit or credit card or ACH bank transfer only. Unfortunately cash is not accepted. Training session prices are adjusted weekly based on the number of sessions booked.

COVID-19 Safety Policies & Guidelines

Our staff protocol

We are committed to the highest level of safety for our staff and clients.

All Leading Edge staff has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 so that you can feel comfortable training with us in the convenience of your home. For all in-person visits we are prepared to wear a mask (if requested) as an added safety measure.

Our staff members are monitoring for symptoms and COVID-19 exposure daily. Should they test positive or show signs of COVID-19 they are instructed to notify their clients right away and offer the option to reschedule or cancel any booked appointments.

 

Our client protocol

For all in-person sessions we ask that you reschedule or change your appointment to a virtual session if you test positive for COVID-19, are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive. For all in-person visits we ask that you sanitize the space thoroughly prior to your scheduled appointment.
