This training model is best if you are more advanced in your training and have the basic body mechanics already down. It is recommended that you already be proficient with your form and have an understanding of basic exercise fundamentals. With this program you will not receive the same accountability and 1 to 1 attention as you would with in person and virtual training models since all of these workouts will be video based.

However, this is not a cookie cutter app. We still build out your entire program from scratch specific to your needs. Within the app you will receive details pertaining to how to perform each exercise correctly, how many repetitions to do, how many sets to do and when to rest. The app will also track your progress week to week letting you know when you hit new milestones. You also have the ability to rate each workout based on the level of difficulty so we know how to make adjustments to your program as needed.

With this model you’ll also automatically receive access to a personalized meal plan and ongoing macro-tracking support to assist with your weight loss or body recomposition goals.
