Great sizes! The dip in the middle makes it comfortable to do some work.I actually put the small one up at the base of my spine and the large at the top, at the same time. This dual action makes for easy rolling to get relaxed and have a deeper impact. I MAJORLY approve this over any basic foam roller.

After one week use: I love it!! The large peanut ball is excellent for relieving my back pain, the medium ball is perfect for neck. It really works.

Easy to use and really gets in there. I use it on my back between my shoulders. I get really tight right there all the time. Masseuse’s cost a lot of money, but this does the trick on a daily basis and feels great while I’m using it. It does pick up things off the floor when I use it, mostly dog and human hair, but it comes clean with a wipe and a rinse. Awesome product!!

[ Background Story ]I broke my arm about 15 years ago, and my shoulder and back got messed up ( off-balanced ) It took me a year-long PT and multiple massage sessions to get everything back to normal, but I need TLC around my shoulder and back area.[ Prior to buying this Peanut / Massage Ball…]I already owned High-Density Form Roller ( full size ), Textured Roller ( Portable Size ) and Lacross Ball and Stretch Bands. I honestly thought I do not need more tools to self-massage my body… but boy I was wrong! The bigger peanut was great all around the back area, especially useful on upper trap area and in between shoulder blade area.

Feels very good using these. I get very tights muscles and these have been helping me a lot. The peanuts do not put pressure on your spine and works both side at the same time. You adjust the pressure to your own liking. Works extremely well on the shoulders. I will be recommending these to my massage clients.
